Real estate is considered a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe; your “home base” and a place where memories are made. I am so blessed to call the mountains of North Carolina my home. Highlands is a home away from home for me. Originally from India, I grew up in a small town "Ropar" in Punjab, India. Real Estate comes naturally to me as I have seen my dad in the construction business in India and other family members in real estate for many years, but real estate is considered a men's affair in India and I moved to the USA in 2015 to pursue my dream job in US Forest Services, alongside completed my Masters of Agribusiness from Kansas State University to explore another world and gain more experience in field jobs for a future guideline to pursue real estate in the United States.

Sukhin works with Weichert Realtors-Highlands Properties in North Carolina. She understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in Highlands, NC with its unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing restaurants! Sukhin loves helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Sukhin loves to travel, learn about different cultures, hike, and read books in her free time. Prior to this, Sukhin has used her valuable skills to do various projects in Agriculture Department, US Forest Services in Montana, and the Australian Government's Agriculture Sector. Always have a passion for writing and she kept her skills up to date while working as a Digital Writer for leading New York's Women's Magazine "Her Daily" in her free time.

She worked as a TV Broadcaster for India's National Television Network "Doordarshan" as a leading TV Host for the weekly TV Show "Young Achievers" covering and interviewing young achievers on her show on various topics from environmental, social, and political matters. Sukhin also worked in Dainik Bhaskar Newspaper as a Reporter and as a Media Trainer at the International School of Media, Chandigarh as her School Internship while studying at Punjab University, Chandigarh.
